Description
Durabilt Durbin introduces the all-new DuraTorQ™ (DTQ) Series, a patent-pending torque drive load binder engineered to redefine efficiency in load securement. Designed for drill activation, the DTQ-12 is compatible with 1/2″–3/8″ chain and the DTQ-38 with 3/8″–5/16″ chain, delivering fast, controlled tensioning with significantly reduced physical strain.
By shifting manual force to power-assisted operation, these binders dramatically cut operator fatigue while shortening loading and unloading times. Each DTQ binder is proof load tested 100% and includes trace codes for enhanced product accountability and tracking. With a focus on productivity and consistency, the DuraTorQ™ Series allows crews to secure loads faster without sacrificing safety or performance. This is Durabilt’s next step forward in modernizing load securement for demanding, real-world applications.
Built for durability and precision, the DTQ Series features a 1-inch screw diameter, 3:1 design factor, and an 8-inch take-up for reliable, high-strength performance. A built-in barrel stop prevents binder separation. The binder’s 360-degree free-swivel turning end, standard grease fitting, water-sealed construction, and hard plastic grip sleeve all contribute to long service life in harsh environments.
Designed for use with 18–20V drills delivering 800+ inch-pounds of torque, the DTQ Series supports drill/drivers and impact drivers for flexible jobsite use. Recommended drill brands to use are: Bosch, Ryobi, DeWalt (20V MAX XR), Milwuakee, and Black & Decker. Do Not Use Hammer or Corded Drills. Easy, fast operation combined with reduced manual labor makes the DuraTorQ Series a powerful upgrade for fleets focused on safety, speed, and efficiency. With the DTQ Series, Durabilt Durbin delivers torque-driven innovation that works as hard as the operators who rely on it.
